Colorado Rush is currently hiring a General Manager to work out of their Littleton office.  

 

Colorado Rush is a fast-paced and dynamic organization and is looking for the right person to set the tone on a daily basis and provide direction for Colorado Rush's continued growth and success.  

 

Our ideal candidate will possess at least 10+  years of progressive management / business experience in a club soccer environment and thrives while wearing multiple hats. Excellent written and verbal communication, judgement and problem solving are key for success in this position.    

This individual will be asked to take The Colorado Rush organization to the next level, utilizing their business development experience and initiating fundraising campaigns as well as developing sponsor and partnership opportunities.  In doing so, this position will also perform functions for the Rush Soccer parent company SPI, also headquartered in Littleton, Colorado.  

In addition, the position will be responsible for streamlining and process improving office functions and will ultimately oversee the daily functioning of Colorado Rush Soccer front office including:  

• Managing administrative, accounting, and support staff
• Act as the club liaison with CSA as well as being the Elite Registrar for Colorado Rush
• Function as the oversight manager for both the Competitive and Recreational Branches.  
• Ownership of all membership communications
